About the founder
I'm Melina Pectasides, an academic abdominal radiologist. I built RadReason as the reasoning scaffold I wanted during my own reads, for attendings and the residents learning beside them.
Most radiology tools give you an answer. I wanted one that thinks alongside the read, the way an attending does on rounds. So RadReason scaffolds the reasoning instead of replacing it. It is decision support and a teaching aid, not an autonomous diagnostic system, and I use it on my own cases.
