The short version.
By using RadReason you agree to these terms. We've kept them brief and plain so they're worth actually reading.

Use at your own risk
RadReason is a clinical decision-support tool, provided as-is. It's a useful colleague to think alongside — not a guarantee of anything. Your judgment is what matters.
Not medical advice
Output from RadReason is for clinical decision support and education only. It is not medical advice, not a diagnosis, and not a substitute for radiologic interpretation by a qualified clinician.
No accuracy guarantee
The underlying reasoning models are powerful but imperfect. Differentials may be incomplete, miss rare entities, or occasionally suggest findings that don't fit your case. Always cross-check against imaging and clinical context.
You own the final read
You — the radiologist or supervising clinician — are responsible for the final interpretation, recommendations, and any clinical actions taken. RadReason supports your reasoning; it does not replace it.
You also agree to:
- Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.
- Avoid entering direct patient identifiers (names, MRNs, dates of birth, accession numbers, etc.) absent a signed Business Associate Agreement.
- Use the service for its intended clinical and educational purposes — no scraping, reverse-engineering, or abuse.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RadReason and its operators are not liable for clinical outcomes, lost profits, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of fees you've paid us in the prior twelve months or one hundred US dollars.
Changes & contact
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be communicated; continued use after a change means you accept it. Questions? Email support@radreason.com.
